Landlord Safety Hub was founded in London in 2018 by a team with deep roots in property management and electrical engineering. Our founders had seen first-hand how difficult it was for landlords to find reliable, accredited engineers who would actually show up on time — and turn around certificates quickly enough to not disrupt tenancies.
What started as a small team of five engineers serving West London has grown into a full-scale compliance service covering all 32 London boroughs, with a roster of over 40 NICEIC-approved and Gas Safe registered engineers.
We've issued over 12,000 certificates for more than 2,400 landlords — from individual buy-to-let investors to estate agencies managing portfolios of 100+ properties across the capital.
